Sherry Bavarian Cream

Ingredients
  Envelope of unflavored gelatine 1
  Milk 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Sherry 2 Tablespoon
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Almond extract 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Egg white 2
Directions

In a medium-size saucepan, over low heat, combine gelatin and milk.
When gelatin is dissolved, remove from heat and pour into mixing bowl.
Stir in sherry, honey, and almond extract.
Chill until mixture begins to thicken.
Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into gelatin mixture.
Chill.
