German Raw Apple Cake

Ingredients
  Eggs 3
  Cooking oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 2 Teaspoon
  Diced apple 4 Cup (64 tbs) (Diced, Raw)
  Pecans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cream cheese 32 Ounce (2 Large Packages, 16 Ounce Each)
  Melted butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Powdered sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

Cake: Crack eggs into a large mixing bowl.
Add cooking oil.
Beat until frothy.
Add sugar and vanilla.
Sift together and add flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
Mix well.
Add apples and nuts.
Mix thoroughly.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan (or spray with nonstick oil).
Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes or until center is done.
Icing: Mix cream cheese, butter, vanilla and powdered sugar.
Spread icing while cake is still warm.

This is not a raw cake! and should not be in the raw cake category!!!

Hi there, 'raw' here refers to the degree of doneness of the apples and not the type of cake.
