Bratwursts In Beer

Ingredients
  Beer 12 Ounce (1 Can)
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Hot pepper sauce 6 Drop
  Bratwursts 6
  French rolls 6
  Zesty sauerkraut relish 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Combine beer, brown sugar, soy sauce, mustard, chili powder, garlic, and hot pepper sauce.
Place brats in shallow baking dish; pour marinade over.
Cover; refrigerate several hours or overnight, spooning marinade over occasionally.
Remove brats, reserving marinade.
Grill over medium-hot coals about 4 minutes.
Turn and grill till done, 3 to 4 minutes more.
Brush often with reserved marinade.
Cut rolls in half lengthwise; hollow out rolls, leaving a 1/4 inch wall.
Fill each roll bottom with about 1/4 cup drained relish.
Add bratwurst and top with roll top. (Refrigerate remaining relish until needed.)
