German Style Pork Chops And Sauerkraut
|Pork rib chops||32 Ounce|
|Onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Canned sauerkraut||15 Ounce, rinsed and drained (1 Can)|
|Caraway seeds||1 Teaspoon|
|Beer||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
In 8-inch square glass baking dish, arrange chops with thickest meaty areas to outside edges.
Sprinkle evenly with onion.
Spread sauerkraut over onion.
Sprinkle with caraway seeds.
Pour beer over meat and sauerkraut mixture; cover with vented plastic wrap.
Microwave at medium (5) 28 to 40 minutes.
