German Lobster In Beer

Ingredients
  Lobster 1
  Light beer 1 Pint
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Shallots 3 , chopped
  Caraway seed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Flour 1 Teaspoon
  Cold water 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Split lobster for broiling.
Place lobster in large skillet with beer; cover.
Bring to a boil and boil for 3 minutes.
Remove lobster from beer and dot with butter; broil 5 minutes.
Reduce beer to 2 cups; add shallots, caraway seeds and pepper; simmer 5 minutes.
Add flour mixed with 1 tablespoon cold water.
Strain sauce and serve over lobster.
