Ingredients
  Boneless pork 2 Pound, trimmed and cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
  Cooking oil 2 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄2 Quart
  Ketchup 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Potatoes 2 Medium, peeled and cubed
  Carrots 3 Medium, cut into 1/2 inch slices
  Cut green beans 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Fresh / Frozen, 1 Inch Pieces)
  Shredded cabbage 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Celery ribs 2 , cut into 1/2 inch slices
  Ground allspice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Crushed ginger snaps 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

In a Dutch oven or soup kettle, brown pork in oil.
Add the next 10 ingredients.
Cover and simmer for 1-1/2 hours.
Stir in gingersnap crumbs; simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until stew is thickened and pork is tender.
