German Pancake Topping

Ingredients
For swiss honey butter topping
  Soft butter 1⁄4 Pound (1/2 cup)
  Honey 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Whipping cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Cream butter with honey.
Slowly add whipping cream, beating continuously until mixture is fluffy.
Add vanilla.
Spoon over hot pancakes.
