German Chocolate Upside Down Cake
|German chocolate cake mix||18 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Coconut||1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded|
|Chopped pecans||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened (1 Stick)|
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce, softened|
|Confectioner' s sugar||16 Ounce|
Preheat oven to 350°.
Oil an 8 x 13-inch pan.
Line pan with coconut and nuts.
Prepare cake mix according to directions on box.
Pour cake mix in pan.
Mix margarine, cream cheese and sugar in a separate bowl.
Pour mixture over cake mix in pan.
Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
