German Potato Salad
|Potatoes||4 Cup (64 tbs) (boiled with skins)|
|Onion||1 , finely chopped|
|Black pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Bacon||1⁄4 Pound, finely chopped|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vinegar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Boil potatoes in skins, peel and dice.
Add onion, salt and pepper to potatoes.
Fry bacon until crisp, add flour to grease and cook until it bubbles.
Add vinegar, sugar and water.
Pour bacon sauce over potatoes.
