German Apple Cake

Ingredients
  Eggs 2 Large
  Salad oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs), sifted
  Cinnamon 2 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Soda 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Diced cooking apples 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Chopped nuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Beat eggs and salad oil until toamy.
Add sugar.
Add flour, cinnamon, vanilla, soda, and salt; mix well.
Add diced apples and nuts.
Pour into a greased, floured pan.
Bake 45-60 minutes at 350°.
