Bavarian Fruit Mousse
|Jelly powder||3 Ounce (commercial flavored of your choice)|
|Boiling water||250 Milliliter (1 cup)|
|Milk||250 Milliliter (1 cup)|
|Whipped cream||60 Milliliter (1/4 cup)|
– Boil the water in a saucepan and dissolve the jelly powder. Cool.
– Add the milk and stir.
– Pour the mixture into four dessert cups and refrigerate until the jelly is thoroughly set.
– Garnish with whipped cream and a choice of fresh fruits, maraschino cherries, chocolate chips or scrapings, or slivered nuts.
