|Kidney beans||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cooked|
|Elbow macaroni||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cooked|
|Carrot||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sliced|
Brown ground beef, onion, green pepper, and celery over low heat; drain.
Add crushed bay leaf, kidney beans, macaroni, and carrots; mix gently.
Add salt and pepper.
Pour into casserole dish; cover.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40 minutes.
