Jell O Strawberry Bavarian Pie

This is the first time I tried this Jell O Strawberry Bavarian Pie and wow it turned out great. Jell O Strawberry Bavarian Pie was fun to put together. Do make it!
  Strawberry jello 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cold water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Birds 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Quick thaw strawberries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Non dairy cool whip 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Birds Eye Brand)
  Whipped topping 1 Cup (16 tbs), thawed
  Baked 9 inch pie shell 1 , cooled

Dissolve Jell-O, sugar and salt in boiling water.
Add cold water and frozen strawberries.
Stir gently until fruit thaws and separates.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Add whipped topping; blend until smooth.
Pour into pie shell.
Chill until firm, about 4 hours.
Garnish with additional whipped topping, and mint leaves, if desired.
