Jell O Strawberry Bavarian Pie
|Strawberry jello||3 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Boiling water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cold water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Birds||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Quick thaw strawberries||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Non dairy cool whip||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Birds Eye Brand)|
|Whipped topping||1 Cup (16 tbs), thawed|
|Baked 9 inch pie shell||1 , cooled|
Dissolve Jell-O, sugar and salt in boiling water.
Add cold water and frozen strawberries.
Stir gently until fruit thaws and separates.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Add whipped topping; blend until smooth.
Pour into pie shell.
Chill until firm, about 4 hours.
Garnish with additional whipped topping, and mint leaves, if desired.
