Turkey Schnitzel

Turkey schnitzel is a tangy and peppy turkey recipe. Made with sliced turkey marinated in lemon juice, the turkey schnitzel is coated with an egg and milk blend and breaded with crumbs. Skillet cooked in butter, the turkey schnitzel can be served with a fresh garden salad and lemon twists for garnish.
  Cooked turkey slices 4 (1/4 Inch Thick)
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Milk 2 Teaspoon
  Seasoned dried bread crumbs 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon wedges 3

Marinate turkey slices in lemon juice in plastic bag in refrigerator 1 hour; drain.
Blend egg and milk in shallow dish.
Dip turkey slices into egg mixture; coat with bread crumbs.
Brown turkey in butter in large skillet over medium heat 2 to 4 minutes per side.
