|Seasoned dried bread crumbs||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Marinate turkey slices in lemon juice in plastic bag in refrigerator 1 hour; drain.
Blend egg and milk in shallow dish.
Dip turkey slices into egg mixture; coat with bread crumbs.
Brown turkey in butter in large skillet over medium heat 2 to 4 minutes per side.
