Smoky Pork Bratwurst

Ingredients
  Egg 1
  Ice water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Liquid smoke 1 Teaspoon
  Caraway seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Celery 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Parsley 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground dry orange peel 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Onion powder 1 Teaspoon
  Ground white pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Brown sugar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground pork 1 Pound
  40% bran flakes 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
Directions

In a large bowl, combine the egg, water and liquid smoke.
Crush caraway seasonings into the liquid.
Add pork and bran flakes.
Mix sausage the old-fashioned way.
