|Baking powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Baking soda||1 Teaspoon|
|Cinnamon||1⁄2 Teaspoon, ground|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Honey||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Peaches||3 Cup (48 tbs), sliced (peeled)|
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Butter an 8-inch cake pan.
Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon into a large bowl.
Cut in butter with a pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture is crumbly.
In a small bowl, beat together eggs and honey.
Beat in milk.
Stir into flour mixture just until moistened.
Turn into prepared pan, arrange peaches on top, and bake on middle shelf of oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a cake tester or food pick inserted into the center comes out clean.
