|Sauerkraut||32 Ounce, drained (1 Jar)|
|Golden delicious apples||2 , quartered, sliced|
|Apple juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Combine all ingredients in large saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to medium.
Simmer 15 minutes or until apples are tender and liquid is almost evaporated, stirring occasionally.
Remove bay leaf and juniper berries before serving.
