|Bratwurst cooked||8 (Fully Cooked)|
|Beer/Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Pierce bratwurst with fork.
Place bratwurst and beer in medium skillet.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to medium; cover.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Remove lid; continue simmering until beer is evaporated.
Cook until bratwurst is browned, turning occasionally.
