Slow Cooked Pork Chops in Sauerkraut

Pull out the slow cooker for this easy to prepare, but oh so tasty and warming dish. Take this basic recipe, add your own favourite vegetables, and make this a family favourite. This was made for two, but can be scaled up for just about any number... as many as your cooker will hold. You can add as many different vegetables to this as you like, and spice it in different ways - mustard is a nice additive.
  Pork chops 2 (Any Cut)
  Sauerkraut 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Bacon slices 3
  Apple juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (White Wine Is Nice As Well)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

Season pork chops and place in bottom of slow cooker.
-Place sauerkraut on top.
-Place chopped up bacon slices on top.
-Pour in apple juice.
-Set slow cooker according to manufacturers instructions.
-Cook and serve.
