German Chocolate I M Upside Down Cake
|Packed brown sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Pecan halves||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Flaked coconut||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Single layer chocolate cake mix||15 Ounce|
Cook sugar and butter in small glass bowl at HIGH 1/2 minute, or until butter is melted.
Stir until smooth.
Spread butter mixture into 8 or 9-inch round dish, bottom lined with wax paper.
Arrange pecans on top.
Sprinkle with coconut and drizzle with milk.
Prepare cake mix according to package directions; pour over coconut.
TO COOK BY IIMSTA-MATIC: Cover completely with plastic wrap.
Cook on COOK 3.
TO COOK BY TIME: Cook at LOW 6 minutes and at MEDIUM-HIGH 4 to 5 minutes, or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
TO COMPLETE: Let stand, uncovered, 10 minutes.
Invert onto serving platter; carefully peel off wax paper.
