Wurst Mit Kraut

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 6 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (About 2 Medium)
  Sliced apples 2 Cup (32 tbs) (About 2 Medium)
  Sauerkraut 32 Ounce, drained, rinsed (Two 16 Ounce Cans)
  Beef broth 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Caraway seeds 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Knockwurst sausages 6
Directions

In 12x8-inch dish, combine butter and onion.
Cook at HIGH 3 to 3 1/2 minutes.
Stir in apples.
Cook at HIGH 3 to 4 1/2 minutes.
Stir in sauerkraut, broth, caraway and pepper.
Score knockwurst diagonally and arrange on sauerkraut mixture.
Cook at HIGH 8 to 9 minutes.
Rearrange knockwurst once.
Let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
