Ingredients
  Puffed corn 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Puffed rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Psyllium husks 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Gluten free rice flakes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Roasted hazelnut 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), roughly chopped
  Pepitas 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sunflower seeds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dried mixed fruits 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large bowl, put puffed corn, puffed rice, psyllium husks, rice flakes, sunflower seeds, hazelnuts, pepitas and dried mixed fruits. Gently mix to combine.

SERVING
2. Serve this Muesli with soy milk and fresh fruits.
