Roast Pork And Sauerkraut
|Cooked pork roast||1 Pound|
|Pork drippings||2 Tablespoon|
|Sauerkraut||27 Ounce, undrained (1 Can)|
|Caraway seed||1 Teaspoon|
1. Slice and reserve meat. Heat drippings in a 2-quart glass casserole in microwave oven until hot (15 to 30 seconds at High).
2. Add undrained sauerkraut and caraway seed to drippings. Cover with waxed paper. Heat in microwave oven 7 minutes at High; stir twice.
3. Place roast pork slices on top of sauerkraut. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Heat covered in microwave oven to serving temperature (4 to 5 minutes at Medium-High).
