Almond Bavarian Cream
|Unflavored gelatin||4 Tablespoon|
|Cold water||3 Tablespoon|
|Sea salt||1⁄4 Tablespoon|
|Bananas||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), mashed|
|Honey||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Almond extract||1 Tablespoon|
|Almonds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped and toasted|
|Date sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Yogurt||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Soften gelatin in cold water.
Add salt to gelatin and place over boiling water in double boiler until dissolved.
Mash bananas, add honey, date sugar, and almond extract.
Combine with gelatin, place pan in a bowl of ice and stir slowly until mixture begins to thicken.
Chill until mixture begins to set.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites and yogurt.
Pour into cooked graham cracker crust
