Pork Sauerkraut Supper

Ingredients
  Canned sliced potatoes 16 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Sauerkraut 14 Ounce, drained and rinsed (1 Can)
  Apple 1 Medium, cored and chopped
  Coarse grain brown mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Apple juice/Apple cider 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Boneless pork loin chops 4 , smoked
Directions

Arrange potato slices in an ungreased 12x7 1/2x2 inch baking dish.
Stir together sauerkraut, apple, and mustard; spoon over potatoes.
Pour apple juice or apple cider over everything in dish.
Arrange pork chops in dish.
Bake, covered, in a 350° oven about 1 hour or till heated through.
