Bavarian Chocolate Cake
|Flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Cocoa powder||3 Ounce (For Chocolate Milk:)|
|Half and half||6 Ounce (For Chocolate Milk:)|
|Sugar||3 Ounce (For Chocolate Milk:)|
1. Bring the mixture of cocoa powder, the half-and-half, and the sugar to a boil in a saucepan and let it cool.
2. Beat butter and sugar until foamy. Add the eggs, one at a time, and the vanilla and beat until mixed.
3. Combine flour and baking powder and sift into the egg batter alternately with the cold chocolate milk.
4. Pour the batter in a greased cake pan sprinkled with bread crumbs and bake at 325°F for about one hour.
