Ingredients
  Bacon slices 12 , diced and fried until crisp (Reserve 6 Tablespoons Drippings)
  Onions 3 Medium, chopped
  Cider vinegar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Potatoes 3 Pound, cooked, peeled, and cut in 1/4-inch slices
Directions

1. Heat bacon drippings in a skillet. Add onion and cook until tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper; heat to boiling. Mix in bacon.
2. Pour over potato slices in a serving dish and toss lightly to coat evenly. Garnish with snipped parsley and paprika.
