Coconut Bavarian Cream is simply a delicious dessert recipe. I bet, you would get a huge fan following for this Coconut Bavarian Cream!
  Unflavored gelatin 1
  Cold water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs), scalded
  Eggs 2 , separated
  Granulated sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (extra fine)
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Heavy cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), whipped
  Shredded coconut 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), toasted

1. Soften the gelatin in the cold water and then dissolve in the scalded milk. Mix the slightly beaten egg yolks, sugar and salt. Add the hot gelatin mixture gradually and stir until the sugar has dissolved.
2. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator until it begins to set. Add the vanilla, beat until foamy and fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites. Mix well and fold in the whipped cream and coconut. Pour into sherbet glasses and chill well.
3. Garnish with toasted coconut, candied cherries or whipped cream.
