German Potato Salad
German Potato Salad has a grand taste. German Potato Salad gets its taste from bacon mixed with soup and potatoes. German Potato Salad is inspired by many food chains worldwide.
|Chopped onion||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Condensed cream of celery soup/Condensed cream of chicken soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sliced cooked potatoes||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Cook bacon until crisp; remove from skillet; drain and crumble.
Cook onion in bacon drippings until tender.
Blend in soup, water, vinegar, sugar, and pepper.
Heat; stir now and then.
Add potatoes, pars ley, and bacon; simmer 5 minutes.
