Plums And Bavarian Cream

Ingredients
  Plums 9 , sliced and divided (California Variety)
  Egg whites 3
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Low fat plain yogurt 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Process 4 plums in blender or food processor until smooth; measure 1 cup plum puree and set aside.
Beat egg whites and sugar in large bowl with electric miter until stiff peaks form.
Fold in reserved plum puree and yogurt.
Place remaining plums in serving bowl.
Spoon plum mixture on top.
Garnish with mint and additional plum slices, if desired.
