Sauerkraut With Apples

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Canned sauerkraut 1 Pound (Drained)
  Tart apple slices 1 Cup (16 tbs), choped
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Instant beef bouillon 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Dissolved In 1/2 Cup Hot Water)
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine butter and onion in 1 quart casserole.
MICRO WAVE on HIGH until butter melts.
Stir in sauerkraut and apples.
Sprinkle with flour.
Pour in bouillon.
Add vinegar, mix gently.
Cover.
MICROWAVE 3 to 5 MINUTES on HIGH, or until apple is tender and sauce slightly thickened.
