Pork Chops With Sauerkraut

Ingredients
  Pork chops 8 , centre cut
  Sauerkraut 2 Pound
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Tomato paste 2 Tablespoon
  Paprika 1
  Caraway seeds 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

In skillet brown pork chops well.
Put sauerkraut in a casserole.
When chops are brown, drain drippings into sauerkraut.
Add tomato paste, paprika, or caraway seeds.
Place chops on top of sauerkraut and add water and salt and pepper.
Cover and simmer for about 1 hour or until chops are very tender.
This casserole may be baked in the oven if desired.
