Cooked Pork And Sauerkraut

Ingredients
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Sauerkraut 3 Cup (48 tbs), drained
  Pork roast slices 6 , cut into 0.25 inch thick
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Place butter or bacon drippings in 2-quart casserole.
MICROWAVE on HIGH until melted.
Stir in sauerkraut and spread evenly.
Arrange pork slices and sauerkraut in a plate.
Season with salt and pepper.
Pour water over all.
MICROWAVE 8 MINUTES on HIGH, or until hot.
Let stand 3 minutes covered
