Hearty German Supper

  Applesauce 1 Can (10 oz) (May Use 1 Jar)
  Sauerkraut 1 Can (10 oz), drained and chopped
  Dry white wine 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  White potatoes 1 Can (10 oz), drained (Small Size)
  Whole onions 1 Can (10 oz), drained
  Polish sausage 1 , slashed 6 times (1 Ring)
  Parsley 1 Teaspoon

Mix together applesauce, sauerkraut, wine, and brown sugar in 2 quart baking dish; mix well.
Cover, cook in oven 5 minutes; stir after 2 1/2 minutes.
Mix well; arrange potatoes and onions around outside edge of dish.
Place sausage in center, cover, cook 8 to 10 minutes.
Turn dish twice, one quarter turn, during this period.
Remove from oven; let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
Sprinkle snipped parsley over top.
