Mixed Fruit Bavarian Cream
|Vanilla flavored blancmange powder||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Whipped cream/Evaporated milk||1⁄4 Pint|
|Chopped glace cherries||2 Ounce|
|Chopped almonds||1 Ounce|
|Chopped glace pineapple||1 Ounce|
Make blancmange in usual way, adding sugar and most of the fruit mixture.
Allow to cool, stirring well to prevent skin forming.
Fold in cream.
Pour into rinsed mould and allow to set.
Turn out and decorate with more cream and pieces of fruit.
