Ingredients
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Flour 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2
  Grated lemon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cardamom 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine in blender.
Put 1/4 cube of margarine in pie pan.
Melt.
Pour in batter.
Bake at 400° for 30-35 minutes.
Serve with bananas, strawberries or orange sauce.
