German Style Spinach

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine / oil 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Frozen spinach 10 Ounce
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Heat butter in large frypan.
Add onion; cook until tender.
Add flour; cook and stir until mixture begins to thicken.
Add water; mix until smooth.
Add spinach; cover.
Cook about 15 minutes; stir occasionally as spinach thaws.
Season with salt and pepper.

Adding a little nutmeg (just a touch) will add flavor and also I use a little heavy cream. Keep up the good work!!!!
