German Potato Salad

Ingredients
  Salad oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cider vinegar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  All purpose flour 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Celery seeds 2 Tablespoon
  Onions 2 , chopped
  Potatoes 12 , boiled, peeled, cooled, and sliced
  Hard cooked eggs 2
Directions

Combine salad oil, vinegar, water, and flour in saucepan; boil until slightly thickened.
Remove from heat and add salt, sugar, celery seeds, and onions.
Spoon this mixture over potatoes.
