German Chocolate Pie
|Coconut crust||1 , chilled (9 inch)|
|Semi sweet chocolate pieces||12 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Chocolate pudding and pie filling mix||8 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped almonds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Heavy cream||1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped|
|Chocolate curls||1 Dash (For Garnishing)|
In large custard cup, melt chocolate pieces on simmer (3) for 5 to 6 minutes.
Spread melted chocolate over chilled coconut crust.
In glass measuring cup, cook pudding mix and milk on high (9) for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cool pudding before pouring into pie shell.
Chill pie thoroughly before serving.
Top with whipped cream.
Garnish with chocolate curls, if desired.
