Gelatin Heavenly Hash

  Gelatin 3 Ounce (1 Package, 4 Serving Size Jell O Brand , Any Flavor)
  Boiling water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cold water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ice cubes 4
  Non dairy whipped topping/Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs), thawed (Cool Whip)
  Canned crushed pineapple 20 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Canned mandarin orange sections 11 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Miniature marshmallows 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped walnuts/Pecans 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Combine cold water and ice cubes to make 1 1/4 cups.
Add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened.
Remove any unmelted ice.
Add whipped topping, blending until smooth.
Stir in pineapple, mandarin oranges, marshmallows and nuts.
Pour into serving bowl or individual dessert dishes.
Chill until set, about 2 hours.
Garnish with additional fruits and mint leaves, if desired.

I am looking for a recipe that is simaler to this, It had jello,coolwhip, pineapple, nuts and i think pudding, . I remember putting part of recipe in fridge to set over night and folding in the cool whip the next am. can't finde anyware lost book.
