|Jello gelatin||3 Ounce (1 Package, Any Fruit Flavor)|
|Boiling water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cold water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add cold water.
Pour into a shallow pan.
Chill until firm at least 4 hours.
Break into small flakes with a fork or force through a ricer or large-meshed strainer.
Pile lightly in dishes.
Top with fruit or ice cream, if desired.
