Mystery Gelatin

Ingredients
  Cooked vegetables 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Beets, Carrots, Zucchini Or Other)
  Strawberry gelatin/Raspberry gelatin 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cold water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fresh fruit 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Strawberries, Bananas, Orange Slices, Peaches)
Directions

Puree vegetables in blender container.
In mixing bowl dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Stir in cold water and pureed vegetables.
Chill mixture until slightly thickened.
Stir in fruit.
Pour into large mold or individual molds.
Chill until set.
