Grasshopper Dessert

This Grasshopper Dessert is a great dessert to sample and serve for any occasion! An interesting treat for those who love lime gelatin recipes!
Ingredients
  Lime gelatin 6 Ounce (2 Packages Of 3 Ounce Each Or 1 Package Of 6 Ounce)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Boiling water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cold water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Green creme de menthe liqueur 2 Tablespoon
  Whipped topping mix 4 Ounce (Dream Whip)
Directions

Dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water.
Add cold water and liqueur.
Pour 1 cup into a bowl and chill until slightly thickened.
Pour remaining gelatin mixture into a 9 inch square pan.
Chill until firm at least 3 hours.
Cut into 1/2 inch cubes.
Meanwhile, prepare whipped topping mix as directed on package.
Blend into slightly thickened gelatin.
Pour into a 3 cup bowl.
Chill until firm about 3 hours.
Unmold the creamy gelatin in the center of a shallow serving bowl.
Arrange gelatin cubes around the mold.
Garnish with chocolate curls, if desired.
