Spinach Mold

Ingredients
  Spinach 12 1⁄2 Pound, cooked and chopped (1 Peck)
  Eggs 3 , unbeaten
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Bread crumbs 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients, turn into a buttered ring mold and steam 2 hours.
Unmold and garnish with hard cooked eggs and carrots.
Fill center of mold with mashed potatoes or creamed mushrooms.
