Red Hot Gelatin
|Cinnamon candies||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Red Hot)|
|Boiling water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Strawberry gelatin||6 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Cold water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce, softened|
Dissolve the red hot cinnamon candies in the 2 cups boiling water.
Add the gelatin; stir until dissolved.
Stir in the 1 cup cold water.
Combine the cream cheese and half the gelatin mixture in a blender container and process until smooth.
Return the cream cheese mixture to the bowl and blend with the gelatin mixture.
Pour evenly into a 9xl3 inch baking dish.
Chill, covered, until firm.
