|Unflavored gelatin||2 Tablespoon|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Boiling water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Orange juice||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Wine/Sherry claret / a rose is delicious||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Mix well in a bowl, the gelatin and sugar.
Add boiling water, stir until dissolved.
Add juices and wine.
Mold and chill.
