|Lime jello||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Plain gelatin||1 Tablespoon|
|White cider vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cucumber||1 Large, peeled and chopped|
|Shallot piece||1 Small, finely chopped|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Mix lime jello and plain gelatin in the water and vinegar over heat until dissolved.
Put all other ingredients into blender.
Pour heated jello mixture into the blender and blend a few minutes.
More blending makes it lighter.
Pour into mold and chill until firm.
