Frozen Strawberry Gelatin
|Lemon gelatin||1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce|
|Canned frozen lemonade||6 Ounce|
|Water||2 Can (20 oz)|
|Strawberry gelatin||2 Tablespoon|
|Canned crushed pineapple||7 1⁄2 Ounce, drained|
|Frozen strawberries||2 Cup (32 tbs), thawed|
|Bananas||2 , mashed|
|Chopped nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Prepare lemon gelatin according to package directions; blend with cream cheese.
Pour into mold; chill until firm.
Blend frozen lemonade, water and strawberry gelatin; heat to boiling.
Stir until gelatin is dissolved.
Measure pineapple juice; add cold water to make 2 cups.
Add to gelatin with strawberries, pineapple, bananas and nuts; chill until thickened.
Pour gently over lemon cream cheese gelatin; chill until firm.
Garnish with mint leaves and Maraschino cherry halves.
