Flavored Gelatin

Ingredients
  Canned condensed chicken broth 10 3⁄4 Ounce
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion 1 Small
  Lemon 1⁄2
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1 Dash
  Unflavored gelatin 2 Tablespoon
  Cold water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Heat chicken broth, 1 cup water, the onion, lemon, garlic, salt and cayenne pepper to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer 10 minutes; remove from heat.
Let stand 10 minutes; strain.
Sprinkle gelatin on 1/2 cup cold water to soften.
Heat broth mixture just to boiling; stir in gelatin mixture just until gelatin is dissolved.
Cool to room temperature.
