Ingredients
  Gelatin 1 Tablespoon
  Strained well seasoned turkey/Strained, well-seasoned chicken broth 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Hard-cooked eggs 6
  Shredded cooked turkey/Canned turkey 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Stuffed olives 6 Large
  Carrot curls 1 (For Garnish)
  Lemon slices 1 (For Garnish)
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
Directions

Soften gelatin in1/4 cup cold water.
Dissolve in hot broth: add lemon juice.
Arrange egg slices on bottom of a well-greased loaf pan.
Alternate layers of turkey, egg, parsley and sliced olives.
Pour hot gelatin mixture over layers in loaf pan.
Cover with wax paper.
Chill well.
Garnish with carrot curls, lemon slices and parsley.
